Pendo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Munich, Germany to drive new business across our largest EMEA accounts. This role is built for high-performing enterprise sellers with a proven track record of closing $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals in start-up or high-growth environments. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling cutting-edge Data & Analytics solutions powered by AI—backed by exciting product innovation and momentum at Pendo—while accelerating growth in one of our most strategic segments.


Key Responsibilities



  • Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close

  • Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers

  • Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans

  • Position Pendo’s AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management



Experience & Requirements



  • Strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals

  • Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations

  • Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions

  • Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment

  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers

  • Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven

  • Fluent German and professional English
