Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at pre-selected client organizations
Deliver exceptional care and strategic consulting to elevate and expand clients’ innovation management
Proactively uncover, analyze, and manage potential growth with existing clients
Skillfully negotiate on commercial and strategic topics at a senior level
Lead and guide internal customer project teams and mentor colleagues to achieve excellence
Prepare and present customized offers that meet clients’ unique needs
Establish and sustain connections across all levels of client organizations, from departmental to executive
Maintain deep industry knowledge to advise clients on innovative strategies
Provide expert consultation on relevant standards, methods, tools, and applications
Demonstrate a willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP Drive clients towards success with strategic and commercial expertise
EFFECTIVE NEGOTIATION Skillfully manage negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes
COLLABORATION Work seamlessly with all revenue teams to maximize results
STRATEGIC WORKSHOPS Organize and lead impactful workshops to align with client goals
ENGAGE IN INDUSTRY EVENTS Network and stay informed by attending key conferences and customer events
Completed studies or comparable professional training/experience in business informatics, business administration with a focus on sales and customer relationship management
Minimum 2-5 years experience as part of a corporate sales team (or equivalent) // experience in the SaaS-Business context is an advantage
English negotiation skills are required to support an international client base (C1). German language skills (at least B2) are also recommended
High degree of commitment bundled with communicative expertise
Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently and proactively
Very good interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude, including eloquence and confident behaviour
Maintain an awareness of the latest developments in innovation management and understand implications
Assess and evaluate risks, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer
