Hybrid in Munich (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated (Senior) Accountant to join our Accounting Department.
The position provides valuable hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing, offering a strong foundation for an accounting career in a dynamic and internationally growing company.
Preparation and posting of various general ledger entries (including accruals, prepayments, etc.)
Process fixed asset, including depreciation schedules and disposals
Reconcile and eliminate intercompany transactions between various subsidiaries
Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Support the month-end closing processes
Create manuals for general ledger processes
Assist with external audits by providing supporting documents and explanations for audit inquiries
Assist with special projects and process improvement projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting or related role, preferably within an international company
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Fluency in English (spoken & written)
SaaS experience is an advantage
Experience with accounting software Netsuite preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment
EU/EEA citizenship or permanent residence as this position will require up to 25% intra-EU travel
