Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Accountant (m/w/d)

Processing of all business transactions within the scope of current accounting, including account reconciliation and account clarification, account assignment and posting of current business transactions as well as determination of accruals and deferrals
Preparation of monthly reporting
Intercompany reconciliation
Preparation and submission of advance turnover tax returns and recapitulative statements
Preparation of the closing operations for the annual financial statement
Contact person for the management and team leaders
Accompanying external audits (tax office, auditor)
Processing payment transactions
Collaboration on process and standardisation improvements

Successfully completed studies with a focus on accounting or completed training as a balance sheet accountant (m/f/d), assistant tax accountant (m/f/d) or tax specialist (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in balance sheet and financial accounting and very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Proactive, structured and analytical way of working, diligence and reliability
Good and confident manner and professional communication skills
Confident handling of common IT applications in financial accounting (SAP HANA knowledge is an advantage)
Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
