Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Industry Cloud, specifically Vlocity Omni. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on industry specific applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead architectural discussions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and robust architecture solutions using Salesforce Industry Cloud Vlocity Omni.
  

• Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  

• Mentor and train junior architects and developers on Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
  

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
  

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing insights on technical feasibility and risks.
  

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high quality deliverables and timely project completion.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
  

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud Vlocity Omni.
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions in Salesforce.
  

• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Salesforce products and services, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to Salesforce.
  

• Certifications in Salesforce Architecture or related fields.
