We're always looking for more talent with a variety of backgrounds.As a Senior Automation QA Engineer (all genders), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our automated testing frameworks across our marketplace platform built with PHP, Next.js, Vue.js, and Flutter. You will establish and drive quality assurance practices that ensure our products meet the highest standards for reliability and performance. Your expertise will be crucial in scaling our QA processes as we continue to grow internationally.

• You design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• You implement AI-powered testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency and test coverage.
• You create comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure full coverage of critical business flows.
• You collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
• You establish and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, ensuring seamless integration with our development workflow.
• You mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in test automation across the engineering organisation.
• You identify and solve complex testing challenges, finding innovative approaches to increase test efficiency and reliability.
• You research and implement AI tools and methodologies to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve system quality.
• You analyse test results, track quality metrics, and communicate status to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• You participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback focused on code quality and testability.
• You proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.

• You have 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, including 3+ years in test automation, with strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• You have a deep expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, PyTest) and strong proficiency in API testing, particularly with Postman.
• You have solid understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and experience using SQL for test data management and database testing.
• You are familiar with AI/ML concepts in testing, as well as AI-driven testing tools and frameworks, is a plus.
• You have a proven track record of improving test coverage, reducing regressions, and driving quality improvements in fast-paced environments.
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in English.
• Bonus: You have experience with PHP, Next.js, Vue.js, Flutter, or in e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
