Senior Automotive Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Job Description

As a Senior Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key global accounts in the automotive sector, focusing on ADAS, infotainment, powertrain and body electronics applications.

You will lead a team of global account managers, who will report to you and support you in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

You will work closely with our engineering, marketing and product management teams to identify customer needs, propose solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals.

You will also monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and provide input for product roadmap and strategy.

You will report to the Director of Automotive Sales for Europe and be part of a regional sales leadership team.

Managing and leading a team of remote employees. 

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development or account management in the automotive industry, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics domain.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.

A strong technical background and knowledge of automotive applications and standards, especially in ADAS, infotainment, powertrain and body electronics.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence decision makers at various levels.

A self-motivated, proactive and customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to other regions.

A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business or a related field.

Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
