What you’ll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end brand strategy and execution for key OTC brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Translate global strategy into local growth plans, launches, and high-impact activations
• Drive omnichannel marketing across pharmacy, mass market, and e-commerce, including digital, CRM, and in-store activation
• Turn consumer, shopper, and market insights into clear actions to grow market share and performance
• Own product launches, innovations, and lifecycle management, ensuring strong execution from concept to shelf
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to deliver commercial success
• Manage A&P budgets and business cases, ensuring strong ROI and profitable growth
• Build compelling sell-in stories, customer plans, and category arguments for key retail partners
• Act as a matrix leader, driving alignment and pace across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

• 8–12 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, or pharma
• Proven track record in brand building, launches, and commercial execution in fast-moving environments
• Strong understanding of DACH markets, including pharmacy, retail, and/or e-commerce channels
• A hands-on mindset combining strategic thinking with executional excellence
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience working in international or matrix organizations is a plus
• Willingness to travel 20–30% across the DACH region
• Fluent in German and English
