We are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join Entrix and help shape the future of energy. You’ll drive innovative products and business models at the intersection of technology, business, and sustainability, accelerating the energy transition and creating real value for our customers.
Location: Munich, Germany
Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range: € 90.000 - 110.000 per year gross
Working Mode: Office first set-up
Language Requirement: At least C1 Level English and German
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in the energy sector or dynamic environments (e.g., startups, VC, consultancy)
Background: Business, industrial engineering & management or economics
Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical setups
Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills, able to independently manage projects
Proven experience bringing products/solutions to market, building business cases, and driving commercial success
Comfortable interacting with customers and partners, and analyzing markets thoroughly
Confident in presenting solutions at customer meetings or events/fares
Proficient in English and German (C1/C2)
Skills to Set You Apart
Strong network in the energy industry, ideally in flexibility markets, utilities, or renewable development
Prior exposure to RfPs and proposal management
Experience negotiating complex contracts and partnerships with enterprise or institutional customers
Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks in the European energy sector and turning them into business opportunities
