eToro is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager with a strong background in the financial industry to join our dynamic German team in Frankfurt. If you are passionate about finance and delivering an exceptional client experience, we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for our clients, delivering an exceptional service that embodies eToro's culture and values.
  • Proactively engage with clients via telephone and email to discuss financial markets, articulate investment strategies, and demonstrate the full potential of the eToro platform.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's vision and mission by providing expert insights into our products and services.
  • Manage the full client experience, including education to long-term retention, while expertly handling complex inquiries and resolving high-priority issues.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A genuine "people person" with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Market Passion: A deep and genuine interest in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart portfolios and CFDs, coupled with a passion for investing and trading.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Retention, Customer Service within the financial services industry.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive & Driven: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptable Learner: A quick learner with the ability to master new products and adapt to evolving market trends.
