What do you contribute?

  • In your new role, you will independently take on complex, large-volume bids for electrification projects for our international customers and be responsible for all associated commercial aspects of the bidding process.
  • To this end, you will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, deriving bidding strategies from them, and preparing complete documentation as well as calculations that, among other things, reflect all delivery portions or costs incurred.
  • You will conduct contract negotiations until the contract is concluded.
  • In cooperation with specialist departments and regional companies, you always have your sights firmly set on the goal of handing over a high-quality offer to the sales department on time.
  • You present offers and complex issues transparently up to management level with high visibility.
  • In addition, you prepare LoA documentation (management approval documentation) and meetings and ensure regular reporting on the offer status.
 

What do you bring along?

  • The basis of your success is a degree in business administration (master/diploma).
  • You convince with many years of professional experience in Commercial Sales and Project Management.
  • You have already successfully conducted negotiations for complex and large volume bids.
  • You can also demonstrate extensive knowledge of project financing (financing models) and contractual security instruments (guarantees, bonds).
  • International contract law in connection with complex business models and accounting methods are very familiar to you.
  • You have sound experience in intercultural teams and profound skills in MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including presentation techniques.
  • For your work in international proposal projects, you will have a very good command of English and Spanish.
