Your role at a glance

As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Director and be accountable for leading and managing a team of internal and external stakeholders to deliver Hyperscale Data Centre construction.

The position requires a self-motivated, construction leader who will be a key leader delivering industry leading Data Centre construction / infrastructure.

What we are looking for

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in a site-based management role within a mission critical construction industry, overseeing multiple concurrent capex projects
• Have extensive experience in the planning and delivery of large capex projects, varying delivery methods (Management Contracting, Traditional, D&B) and forms of contract (ie. FIDIC, JCT)
• Demonstrate Data Centre and/or mission critical construction experience
• Possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex and high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Have experience in presenting to senior leadership both internally and within the Clients Teams
• Have experience in managing and developing direct and vendor teams
• Excellent project management experience and skillset, with the ability to operate within a multi-cultural environment
• Minimum business level proficiency in English and German language is required
