Senior Consultant IT Training & Change Management

(Sub-)project management in the area of Training & Enablement:

• As part of our customers‘ (IT) transformation and training projects, you analyse the changes for the organisation and its employees. You evaluate and support the customer's project management and keep an eye on the goals and results of the projects throughout the entire project life cycle. Your primary environment will be our customers’ (IT) projects.
• You develop training strategies to achieve the desired project goals and implement them proactively and independently. In doing so, you make use of our customers' learning infrastructure (including SAP Enable Now) and contribute your own ideas. This may include creating training courses on IT processes and HR topics or designing and implementing entire learning platforms.
• You develop change strategies with a particular focus on changes in our customers' IT/SAP projects, while constantly developing our internal consulting products. To do this, you continuously evaluate new market trends and have the opportunity to implement them in new tools and services.
• In the project initiation phase, you are the point of contact and an important source of ideas for the design of training and change management for our customers.
• You will take responsibility for managing and organising the training and change processes: from analysing the initial situation, to strategy and organisational studies, to creating pilot concepts and implementing roll-outs.
• During the implementation phase, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the smooth implementation of training and change management measures.

• You are passionate about training and learning topics and are interested in change and how to embed it in organisations.
• You have already demonstrated your excellent knowledge in the area of training and change management as a (sub-)project manager in various projects over several years.
• You have already gained experience in IT and SAP projects and in working with IT colleagues.
• With extensive interface knowledge, e.g. in communication, moderation and design, you create a high quality standard.
• Ideally, you have already carried out SAP Enable Now implementations (independently) or have advanced knowledge of administration.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you.
• You have a university degree and impress with your confident manner and a high degree of initiative.
• Your very good German and English language skills and willingness to travel complete your profile.
