Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Continuous support of our customers in close coordination with project management and the implementation team.
Development of target images, optimization potentials, and solution scenarios together with our customers.
Selection, implementation, and further development of our customers' IT system landscape in the area of technical information.
Development of process, metadata, and information models for, e.g., component content management systems, content delivery portals, or knowledge graph-based applications.

You have a degree in business informatics, information management, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 3 years of experience in knowledge and information management, ideally already in the consulting environment of technical communication.
You enjoy moderating customer workshops and working in interdisciplinary teams.
You have experience in (agile) project management and possess a strong understanding of processes.
You are enthusiastic about new (AI) technologies and are familiar with standards from the W3C environment.
Innovation, creativity, and communication skills, as well as analytical and conceptual abilities, are among your strengths.
You are fluent in both German and English.
Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 days per week completes your profile.
