You enjoy working with the client to develop solutions for cost optimisation in a variety of procurement categories that add real value and benefit? You want to apply the full range of procurement levers like tender, negotiation of commercial terms, technical cost out, make-or-buy and many more?

SENIOR CONSULTANT VALUE CREATION PROCUREMENT
(f/m/d)

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

You are part of the project teams on site with our international and national customers
There you develop effective cost reduction measures and product group optimisation plans (Value Creation Plan) for the procurement department, connected with, for example, the application of potential analyzes, the creation of tenders, the application of commercial as well as technical purchasing levers or the support of make-or-buy decisions

A completed master's degree from a well-known university
At least 3 years of professional experience with another management consultancy or in the procurement department of an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experience
A deep and fundamental understanding of procurement and experience in areas such as category management, commodity group strategies, material cost reduction, negotiations, and supplier days
Ideally, you also have specific expert knowledge in one or more indirect or direct product groups, e.g. in the area of raw materials, plastics, electronics or mechanical parts
You are fluent in English, German and perhaps speak one other foreign language as well
In addition to your analytical and systems-oriented way of thinking and working, you should also have a good feel for situations and people
