Based in the heart of Berlin, our collaborative approach offers the opportunity for our clients to acquire 10,000 users daily, providing consistent value and improved ROAS in the short and long term.

We’re seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team—a pivotal role that bridges product and development teams. This individual will build our push and in-app notification strategy from the ground up, providing a strategic perspective with a deep understanding of campaign effectiveness and next-step development.

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive push and in-app notification strategy, building it from scratch.

  • Ensure the robust operation of CRM systems like CleverTap, with a focus on integrations, API calls, webhooks, and connected content.

  • Analyze data from CRM campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and develop new implementations.

  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to align CRM strategies with overarching business goals.

  • Utilize your technical skills in HTML, SQL, and at least one coding language to support CRM system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.

  • Evaluate and implement new CRM tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities and improve user engagement.

What You’ll Bring 💡

  • Extensive experience working with email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, with proficiency in at least one coding language.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems like CleverTap and technical skills in HTML, SQL, and webhooks.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proven ability to act as a strategic and technical bridge between product and development teams, ensuring effective CRM integrations.

  • Experience with mobile gaming, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities (highly preferred).
