a technically proficient person for one our Customer Solutions Teams in Bad Säckingen! Hybrid work possible!

Are you an experienced Application Manager / Operations Engineer in the Microsoft Tech Stack, knowledgeable about software application support? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!

Your mission: Drive the planning, implementation, and operation of our SaaS Enterprise solution Shiftconnector® in the process industry forward.

Deployment, configuration, and operation of our software solution Shiftconnector® (Plant Process Management Tool) for renowned global players in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
Execution of rollouts and challenging update projects, maintenance and monitoring of our customer installations in cloud as well as on-premise environments
Commissioning and configuration of interfaces (Interfaces/API)
Conducting acceptance tests, project and solution documentation
Participation in projects and partial project responsibility
Handling and coordination of complex support cases for technical issues on the 2nd/3rd level until final resolution; including direct customer communication
Close collaboration with our Development and Cloud Ops Team

5+ years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable field (e.g., Business Informatics, Operations, IT Specialist System Administration/Application Development), ideally with experience in cloud technology
Solid knowledge in the administration of web applications, databases, and server operating systems, especially with common cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and SQL
Prior knowledge in handling interfaces/REST APIs
You work quality-oriented, are a team player, and take on complex tasks independently
Fluent communication in German and English with customers is not a problem for you; additional languages are a plus!
Nice-to-have: Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is advantageous
