Senior Digital Insurance Solution Manager (INSTANDA)

Your Tasks

• Close collaboration with Underwriting Managers and business units in the conception of digital insurance products


• Translation of underwriting logic, product structures, and business rules into digital solution concepts on INSTANDA


• Act as a sparring partner for Underwriting and distribution‑related stakeholders


• Facilitate workshops, solution sessions, demos, and reviews


• Support stakeholders in understanding digital possibilities, best practices, and solution patterns


• Support digital products from initial idea and prototype through to productive use


• Continuously improve and further develop existing digital solutions


• Create reusable product and solution templates to support scalability


• Reduce complexity and manual effort for Underwriting teams


• Close cooperation with IT, engineering, and platform teams


• Contribution of business and product perspectives to the further development of the INSTANDA usage

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally with proximity to Underwriting, product, or solution design


• Solid understanding of insurance products and underwriting processes


• Experience working with digital platforms or low‑code solutions
  (INSTANDA experience is a plus, but not required)


• High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation


• Confidence in working with international and senior stakeholders


• Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite
