...is a tech startup based in East Westphalia-Lippe, one of Germany’s leading industrial regions.

We are on a mission to shape the future of service for industrial machinery and equipment. To do this, we have developed the first AI-powered knowledge platform that enables mid-sized machine manufacturers and global industrial companies alike to preserve the expertise of today’s service specialists and make it accessible to the next generation. We launched in our home region in early 2022 and have been growing rapidly ever since.

To help us continue this journey, we are looking for you!

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), open to candidates based anywhere in Germany. You will work primarily from your home office, with occasional travel to meetings in Herford as required.

What awaits you

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of findIQ’s digital marketing activities from end to end. You will shape and further develop our marketing function at both a strategic and operational level. Your goal is to increase findIQ’s visibility in our target markets, generate qualified leads and make a measurable contribution to our continued growth.

You will have a high degree of autonomy in shaping your area of responsibility and work closely with our management team and Sales. As findIQ continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team in the future.

Your mission

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for findIQ.
  • Own digital marketing campaigns from initial concept and execution through to performance analysis and continuous optimization.
  • Build scalable processes for generating and nurturing qualified leads on an ongoing basis, working closely with our Sales team.
  • Develop and implement our SEO strategy, including the technical optimization of our website.
  • Monitor and improve findIQ’s visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
  • Develop a content strategy tailored to the needs of our different customer segments.
  • Continuously expand and improve our website content, including by creating new topic and solution pages.
  • Track and optimize the conversion funnel using relevant KPIs, translating insights into concrete actions.
  • Build and further develop our tracking and reporting setup in HubSpot and Google Analytics 4.
  • Plan and manage our social media presence and other digital marketing activities, including paid campaigns and email marketing.
  • Help establish our international marketing activities, with a particular focus on the US market.
  • Use AI thoughtfully and effectively to make the creation, analysis and optimization of marketing activities more efficient.
  • Over time, build a marketing team and take on both strategic and people-management responsibility.

What we expect

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of owning both strategy and execution end to end.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS and in marketing complex digital products that require explanation.
  • Experience marketing products or services for companies in mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • A proven track record in digital lead generation and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, paid media and email marketing.
  • Experience adapting marketing content and campaigns for international markets and different cultural contexts, particularly the US market.
  • A solid understanding of AI-powered search and answer engines and their impact on digital visibility.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
  • A data-driven, analytical approach and the ability to turn relevant KPIs into clear, actionable improvements.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality and a genuine enjoyment of getting things done.
  • The motivation and potential to build and lead a marketing team in the future.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
