Responsibilities:

Transformation Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global organizational strategy enabling standardized and harmonized processes in Accounting, Controlling, and Finance (leveraging oneERP).
• Drive digital reporting solutions and act as a cross-functional change agent.
• Align priorities across financial functions in line with companywide strategy.
• Define and manage the implementation and communication strategy integrated with OneERP rollout.
• Ensure process ownership, use-case selection, and process definition for digital initiatives.
• Lead the project team establishing governance and reporting structures.
• Design and execute a compelling communication and change management approach.
• Evaluate cost–benefit of process improvements and ensure investment in the right tools.
• Drive leadership alignment, resource allocation, and execution.
• Own the implementation plan, including governance, project initiation, team build-up and status/risk reporting.

CRM Responsibilities

• Assess current CRM design/functionality to maximize user acceptance
• Identify and implement potential process improvements
• Investigate/implement an interface to Copilot
• Define rollout milestones
• Develop a training and key user concept
• Ensure a successful global go live of the system

Qualifications:

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent Click to insert text.

  Professional

• Experience 10+ years of professional experience in a corporate function (Sales, SCM, Finance)

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills - Understanding of end-to-end process flows

• Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders

• Understanding of the ERP systems and respective applications

• Strong project, communication and change management skills

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Click to insert text

• Languages - Fluent in English, German both spoken and written
