Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Hololight’s XR streaming technology and platform solutions.
This role goes beyond selling individual tools—it requires a strategic mindset to position end-to-end XR solutions in complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with IT departments, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to enable scalable XR deployments.

YOUR MISSION

  • Drive enterprise sales of Hololight’s XR streaming platform and solutions
  • Identify, develop, and close complex, high-value deals across industries
  • Engage with enterprise IT departments and technical stakeholders
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable XR solutions
  • Navigate multi-layered sales cycles in technically complex environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Stay ahead of trends in XR, cloud, and enterprise IT landscapes

YOUR PROFILE

Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience in software or technology solutions
  • Proven track record in selling complex, solution-oriented offerings (not just tools)
  • Experience working with enterprise IT environments, including:
    • Networks, servers, operating systems, and cloud infrastructures
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems such as:
    • SAP, CATIA, PTC, Autodesk, or similar
Technical Affinity
  • Strong ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technical environments
  • Interest or experience in:
    • XR (AR/VR/MR), 3D technologies, or immersive computing
    • Game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
  • Understanding of different XR devices, use cases, and deployment scenarios
Education
  • Ideally a degree in:
    • Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar
  • Equivalent technical background or experience is also valued
Skills & Mindset
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership
  • Comfortable in fast-changing, innovation-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
