We are seeking an experienced Senior Equity Investment Manager (f/m/d) to join our Fund Investment Team. In this role, you will lead fund selection, due diligence, and portfolio management activities, working alongside seasoned investment professionals to optimize our fund portfolio and identify compelling new opportunities.

This will be your impact:
Execute end-to-end fund investment processes, from market scanning to post-investment management
Lead comprehensive due diligence on potential fund investments, including:
Analysis of historical performance metrics
Assessment of management team capabilities
Evaluation of investment strategies and value creation approaches
Coordinate internal and external due diligence teams across legal, tax, sustainability, and compliance workstreams
Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership
Structure and negotiate investment terms with fund managers
Manage existing fund investments, including:
Regular portfolio performance analysis
Budget management and capital call execution
Distribution processing and reporting
Build and maintain strategic relationships with fund managers, co-investors, and industry partners
Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and governance standards
This is how you'll win us over:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Experience & Skills:
10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or fund management
Proven track record in fund investments or similar transaction-based roles
Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
Exceptional due diligence and risk assessment skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Deep understanding of infrastructure or private equity fund structures and LP/GP dynamics
Experience in ESG-focused investments
Strong network within the private equity community
Track record of successful fund investments
Experience in industrial or technology-focused sectors
