Tasks
Are you a seasoned professional passionate about the evolving landscape of TV content and streaming? As our Commercial TV Content and Streaming Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content offerings across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing robust content strategies, focusing on acquisition and licensing for our streaming and VOD/OTT services.
A critical part of your role will involve leading complex negotiations, securing group frameworks, master agreements, and commercial term sheets. You will structure commercially sustainable partnership models and manage key relationships to secure high-value content. Your expertise in content acquisition, streaming platforms, and strategic negotiation will directly contribute to our growth and market position.
Profile
Proven experience in Content Acquisition & Licensing
In-depth knowledge of Streaming & VOD/OTT Platforms
Strong capabilities in Content Strategy development
Excellent Negotiation Skills with a track record of success
Proficient in effective Partner Management
Experience in media market analysis
Ability to develop and present business cases
Knowledge of Digital Rights Management (DRM)
Project management experience
Data-driven decision-making skills
Understanding of streaming monetization models (e.g., AVOD, SVOD, TVOD)
Familiarity with legal frameworks in content licensing
