(Senior) Finance Manager m/f/d

As Lakestar's next (Senior) Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial insights that drive our firm’s decision-making processes. This role is focused on the valuation of Lakestar’s portfolio companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic relevance as well as supporting Lakestar in quarterly reporting process and annual financial accounts as well as creation of ad-hoc reports for the management.

• Quarterly portfolio valuation process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and IPEV guidelines, while refining methodologies for accuracy and consistency.

• Provide actionable insights by analyzing financial and operational KPIs, supporting portfolio performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.

• Implement and optimize tools and processes to streamline valuation workflows, driving efficiency and fostering collaboration across teams.

• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance against investment theses and financial models, identifying trends and insights.

• Collaborate with external advisors and act as the key contact for valuation-related inquiries and reviews.

• Supporting quarterly reporting process and annual financial accounts as well as creation of ad-hoc reports for investors.

• Preparing valuation-related materials, fund models, and presentations.
