Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Finance Process Manager (m/w/d)

Analysing processes and data in preparation for the optimisation and further development of our working methods
Optimising existing finance processes to increase efficiency and transparency
Defining and implementing new processes in Finance and at the interfaces to other departments
Technical implementation of processes in Continia and Microsoft Business Central
Documentation of all processes to create a consistent and comprehensible basis

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in process management, business administration or similar.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in finance process management, ideally in a dynamic, growth-orientated environment.
You have an excellent command of German and a very good command of English.
You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
You are familiar with the creation of flowcharts
You have already gained experience with the ERP system MS Dynamics Business Central and are open to the use of tools such as Notion, Miro Board.
You are characterised by your analytical thinking and your structured way of working.
You are a team player with strong communication skills!
