## \nCompany:\n\nRF360 Europe GmbH\n\n## Job Area:\n\nFinance \u0026 Accounting Group, Finance \u0026 Accounting Group \u003e Finance\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\n## \n\n## About the Role\n\nWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (m/w/d) to join our Finance Opex Controlling team, supporting Engineering (R\u0026D) and Sales \u0026 Marketing (S\u0026M) business areas and acting as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, including Director\u2011level stakeholders and above, in a global technology\u2011driven organization.\n\nThis is an individual contributor role offering broad exposure to global business operations through close collaboration with cross\u2011functional stakeholders across regions and time zones, requiring strong analytical judgment, independent execution, and a strong team\u2011player mindset.\n\n## \n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Perform Opex controlling for assigned R\u0026D and S\u0026M cost areas, including Capex Planning\n\n * Own the assigned business areas\u2019 annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast cycles, planning and scheduling own work\n\n * Execute monthly close and variance analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards\n\n * Act as a finance business partner to cross\u2011functional stakeholders, delivering standard reporting, dashboards, and ad\u2011hoc project and analysis\n\n * Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and transparency across Opex controlling activities\n\n\n\n\n## Required education/ training/specialization:\n\n * Successfully completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) in the field of Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Science or Engineering\n\n * Minimum 4 years of Opex Controlling and FP\u0026A experience, ideally within a large, international, technology\u2011driven organization; R\u0026D exposure is advantageous\n\n\n\n\n## Required knowledge and skills:\n\n * Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills\n\n * Advanced Excel skills, including handling large datasets\n\n * Robust and flexible under pressure and able to cope with a fast pace, tight deadlines, varying priorities and ambiguity within a matrix organisation\n\n * Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Tableau (preferred)\n\n\n\n\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
