- You design, develop, and take ownership of data-driven reports and dashboards in Power BI, translating complex topics into clear, decision-relevant insights.
- You break down data silos by integrating and modeling data from multiple systems using SQL, making it accessible for scalable and robust analysis.
- You act as a sparring partner for Controlling, supporting the analysis, interpretation, and continuous development of financial and performance metrics.
- You support month-end and quarter-end closing processes with in-depth analyses, ensuring transparency and deriving actionable insights.
- You actively drive budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering precise data analyses, scenario modeling, and solid decision-making foundations.
- You define and refine KPIs, further develop reporting standards, and ensure continuous improvement of data quality and consistency.
- You proactively contribute ideas to optimize processes, leverage automation potential, and strategically advance the use of BI tools within Controlling.
- You collaborate closely with business units, IT, and management to enable and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- You challenge existing processes, identify efficiency gains, and independently implement improvements, particularly through automation.
