We are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Node.js) to join our fast-growing team and help us deliver powerful features that bring real value to our users.As a key contributor to the GlassDollar OS, your mission is to develop impactful features and take ownership of complex systems. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to release — in a high-paced, collaborative environment.

• Build our core product: Collaborate with a highly motivated team to develop new features and maintain our platform.
• Own your output: We value autonomy and accountability. Failure is accepted — but only when accompanied by learnings.
• Automate for quality: Write robust UI tests using Playwright, and backend unit tests with Jest.
• Participate end-to-end: You’ll be involved in every step of the development cycle:
  Idea → Scoping → Research → Planning → Development → QA/UI/UX Feedback → Release → Support → Analysis.
• Contribute to architecture: Shape technical decisions to ensure our system is scalable and maintainable.
• Document openly: We prioritize transparency. Share your learnings, questions, and challenges with the team.
• Measure your impact: Track how your features perform and how users interact with them.

You’re a hands-on, results-driven engineer with a product mindset. You thrive in dynamic teams and enjoy shipping high-quality software with real user impact.

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade applications in collaborative, agile teams.
• Tech expertise:
  • Frontend: React, Apollo GraphQL, TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL
• Automation-first mindset: You build tools and systems to avoid repeating yourself.
• Clear communicator: You make complex ideas simple and actionable.
• Proactive and self-driven: You don’t wait for permission to solve problems.
• Location: Ideally based in Berlin or Sofia, or willing to spend meaningful time with the team in either location.

• Salary: 5.000€ - 8.000€/month
