Purpose

We are currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) to join our international team in Bochum, where you will contribute to the development of innovative, AI-driven software solutions in the field of biometrics within a highly collaborative and forward-thinking engineering environment.

Key Missions

• Develop web-based user interfaces for innovative products within an international agile team


• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable software applications across the full stack


• Collaborate with colleagues to define and implement new interaction concepts that improve usability and efficiency


• Contribute to AI-powered video analysis solutions in the biometrics domain


• Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement of existing products

Profile & Other Information

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field


• At least 7 years of professional experience covering the full software development lifecycle


• Strong expertise in Java, Python, and React, with solid experience working on complex software projects


• Good experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes


• Experience in biometrics is considered an advantage


• Familiarity with modern development and testing tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins


• Good understanding of UX principles and usability best practices


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
