Our client, a leading real estate investment management firm with over 500 employees across Europe, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d). Reporting to the European Head of Human Resources based in France, you will support managers and employees in Germany and Central Europe by providing expert advice and HR solutions.
Responsibilities
HR Management
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to address collective and individual needs effectively.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate career development paths for employees.
- Lead annual compensation reviews in collaboration with managers and the Compensation & Benefits team.
- Provide proactive HR guidance and support to managers and operational teams.
Administration and Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data and contractual documents.
- Manage international personnel administration, including payroll coordination with local service providers.
- Generate regular HR reports to monitor key metrics and trends within the organization.
Cross-functional Projects
- Actively participate in diversity initiatives, onboarding programs, and talent management strategies.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to shape the evolution of HR policies and practices within the organization.
Profile & Skills
- Proven HRBP experience, ideally in banking or asset management, with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of German HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous, reliable, and diplomatic with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Fluent in German and English; French proficiency a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various offices.
