Our client, a leading real estate investment management firm with over 500 employees across Europe, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d). Reporting to the European Head of Human Resources based in France, you will support managers and employees in Germany and Central Europe by providing expert advice and HR solutions.

Responsibilities

HR Management of International Scope

Payroll, Administration, and Reporting

  • Manage personal administration, payroll, and benefits with our payroll provider and an assistant.
  • Draft employment contracts and attestations.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation with outsource providers and internal finance.
  • Oversee benefits management, including car leasing contracts and pension schemes.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, probation processes, and absences.
  • Monitor HR-related invoices.
  • Recruitment and Training

  • Identify and coordinate recruitment and training needs with expert teams, headhunters, and job boards.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews with operational teams.
  • Implement and monitor training actions within the group’s budget.
  • Manage performance evaluations and mobility processes.
  • Campaigns and Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in annual compensation reviews with relevant managers and the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Support performance review campaigns in collaboration with the group.
  • Advise managers on labor law and local regulations and manage HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and practices, working with the Head of Compliance.
  • Support organizational changes and contribute to change management projects.
  • Profile & Skills

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in international banking or asset management, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of German HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, reliable, and diplomatic, with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, Warsaw, Prague, Paris, and London.
