Your responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to support organizational objectives and employee needs in an international environment Develop, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies as well as programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce Collaborate with executive leadership to identify critical workforce challenges and facilitate effective solutions Operate as a consultant and coach to leadership and employees to maintain a positive work environment and culture
Your profile
Degree in business administration specialising in HR management or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR Profound professional and leadership experience in the field of HR, ideally in a technical environment Holistic HR understanding is just as important to you as an operational hands-on mentality
Proven track record of success in strategic planning, organizational design, and talent development. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and best practices Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders

Salary information
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the annual gross salary is between EUR 110,000 and EUR 120,000.
