Senior HR Generalist

AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team in Munich. This role plays a key part in shaping our employee experience, driving talent development, and supporting a high-performance culture within a fast-paced and premium automotive environment.

What you will do:

• Drive and manage employee training and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps, planning and executing learning programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective, growth-oriented training solutions that foster a continuous learning culture


• Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all employees


• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in accordance with internal standards and compliance requirements


• Assist in the performance review process, including managing timelines, communications, and feedback tools


• Provide support in employee relations to help foster a positive and collaborative work environment


• Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, development, and operational excellence

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee development


• Prior experience in the luxury automotive or premium service industries is preferred


• Familiarity with Personio is a strong plus


• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Business fluent in English (required), Chinese highly preferred, German is a plus
