Senior HR Manager (m/f/d)

We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is seeking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR in the Bene-DACH region from the Düsseldorf office. The Senior HR Manager will lead a small team and be responsible for approximately 350-400 employees in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and operational HR processes in the region.
• Lead the relationship with the different works councils of the company in Germany and negotiate agreements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes from a strategic and operative perspective whenever needed.
• Provide advice to the management team on all HR and employment law matters.
• Oversee three sites in the region with over 350 employees.
• Personnel management of the HR team in the region.

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, with a strong knowledge of German Labour Law.
• Several years of experience in a HR-Management, HRBP or HR Director role; ideally with background in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical company.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience managing relations with works council in Germany.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
