Join us as a Senior IT Expert (Europe) at Bridgecom, where you will be a key member of our global "One IT" team as a hands-on IT expert. You will be instrumental to enable our 5G R&D teams in Europe with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure for our SW/FW/HW/Chip development.

Implement Bridgecom’s global IT strategies in the EU, serving as the key expert in IT operations
Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and Network Infrastructure in the EU
Work closely with SW/FW/HW/Chip Design & Development Engineering Teams to meet their IT and DevOps needs.
Develop and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure secure and effective collaboration with external IP and development partners in Europe and beyond
Manage data center and network infrastructure to support the company's growing engineering operations in Europe.
Procure and deploy IT Compute equipment for the engineering teams in the EU.
Manage external IT service providers in the EU region.
Ensure all IT systems comply to local regulations and prioritize security.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in IT Network Infrastructure and DevOps operations as a hands-on key expert, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong proficiency in Linux/UNIX system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
Experience with self-hosted configuration management and collaboration tools such as Jama, BugZilla, GitLab
Expertise with build automation and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python for automation tasks
Familiarity with IT deployment of EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsys is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and countrie
Ability to work in an international environment and manage IT systems across multiple locations.
Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
