Senior IT Governance Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
You will support us in managing IT governance topics across the entire IT organisation in order to leverage our competitive advantage. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an IT governance framework for the 1st line of defence in line with market standards (e.g. Cobit, ITIL) and with our core service providers for seamless process execution. It is important that you provide guidance to all IT teams to manage the IT process model taking into account best practices in conjunction with regulatory requirements. You will develop a comprehensive control framework aligned to the company's Internal Control System (ICS) to address process risks. You will also be responsible for our IT Finding Management to manage the finding remediation with our vendors in a reliable and efficient manner. Excellent reporting and communication skills to all stakeholders, particularly C-level, will be key to your success.
