Strong background in renewal management, account expansion, and customer growth metrics such as NRR and customer health scores
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive decision-makers
Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities and project management skills
Experience working with customer success methodologies, customer health frameworks, and account planning processes
Data-driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and executing expansion opportunities
Ability to balance relationship management with revenue responsibility
