WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced and committed Senior Leasing Manager to join our P3 team in Germany.

Location:
We are currently looking for two Senior Leasing Managers to join our team – one responsible for the North Germany and another for the South Germany.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Developing and implementing letting strategies for modern, large-volume logistics and light industrial properties in southern Germany.
• Independently acquiring prospective tenants and actively establishing and expanding a stable network in the regional and national market environment.
• Identifying and approaching potential tenants – from regional SMEs to international logistics companies – and supporting them throughout the entire leasing process.
• Conducting and concluding contract negotiations in close coordination with the legal department.
• Analysing and monitoring regional markets in order to identify potential demand at an early stage and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships with the aim of securing long-term partnerships.
• Regular reporting on occupancy rates, pipeline and market trends to management.
• Working closely with development, construction and marketing to position projects in line with market requirements and place them successfully.
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Degree in real estate management, business administration, logistics management or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the leasing of logistics and light industrial properties, ideally with a focus on large-volume projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate and logistics market in southern Germany with an existing network of potential tenants and regional brokers.
• Good understanding of regional and national industry trends.
• Proven track record in acquiring and building sustainable business relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a confident manner.
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Languages: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
