Senior Manager Global Business Development

Drive the identification and evaluation of global growth opportunities for SIG while partnering with regional teams to shape and execute growth initiatives. Lead commercial excellence programs and strategic projects that support business expansion, enhance organizational capabilities, and deliver sustainable value across markets.

This position is planned to be based in Linnich - Germany or Neuhausen am Rheinfall - Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

Explore business opportunities in new or adjacent markets evaluation attractiveness, strategic fit, and entry options (organic, inorganic)

Drive SIGs yearly planning process, aligning with regions and global functions

Steer global commercial initiatives across regions, and support best practice sharing

Work on special projects as assigned by the company CMO/CEO

Act as a leader, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success

You bring these skills, experience & education

Business education on university level (BSc, MSc, MBA)

3-7 years experience with a global management consultancy ranked in the world's top four and/or min. 5 years international experience in senior management position

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into plausible conclusions and to explore and qualify alternative options

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas in a persuasive manner

Cross-functional and multi-cultural project management in the B2B space

Proficient English, excellent communication skills with global and regional organization
