(Senior) Manager IT Sourcing (all genders)

We are looking for reinforcement for our rapidly growing Sourcing & IT Advisory sectors. As a (Senior) Manager IT Sourcing (all genders) and an expert in these areas, you will play a critical role in advising clients on IT procurement strategies, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with clients to enhance supplier relationships, improve service delivery, and optimize IT costs. You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

• You have an excellent University degree (Master)
• At least six years of professional experience in consulting and/or managing projects in the field of Sourcing and IT Advisory
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and ERP systems, as well as experience with outsourcing models and vendor management
• Strategic thinking to align IT solutions with business goals
• Excellent understanding of core business processes 
• Proficient in contract management and Service Level Agreements
• Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable sales network
• Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
