We are looking for reinforcement for our very dynamically growing Life Science and R&D Leadership Team. As an expert in Life Science, you will:

• Drive the digital transformation of our clients by identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions in R&D, with a focus on Clinical, Regulatoy or Safety. 
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. Foster a collaborative, digitally-savvy team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 
• Guide clients through the adoption and integration of advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and maximal benefit. 
• Provide strategic advice on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with their regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives. Guide clients through the digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes. 
• Shape our Eraneos Life Science R&D practice in your respective area (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety). Conceptualize Service Offerings and deliver within Eraneos / your client network with our team of Life Science consultants. Act as Client Account Manager if needed.

You are an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, you are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• You have 5+ years of experience in a leading role for transformative system / business process implementations in the respective area (CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, PV), preferably Veeva Vault – or equivalent transformation initiatives with substantial business impact.
• You have 5+ years consulting experience in Life Science domain and a strong network within the industry as well as clients
• You have excellent communication skills
• You enjoy shaping our Industry & Service Portfolio within Eraneos for our clients to deliver value for patients.
• Willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations
• Willingness to travel
• Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German)
