This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Media Buyer in Germany.


This role sits at the core of a high-growth performance marketing organization focused on scaling large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple international markets.
You will be responsible for driving and optimizing significant Meta ad spend while ensuring profitability, efficiency, and strong unit economics at scale.
The environment is fast-paced, highly data-driven, and deeply execution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on ownership and accountability.
You will collaborate closely with creative, growth, and leadership teams to translate performance insights into actionable campaign strategies.
The role requires both hands-on media buying expertise and the ability to operate within multi-market, high-complexity campaign structures.
Over time, you will also contribute to expanding into additional paid channels and potentially help shape a growing media buying team.
This is a role for a strong operator who thrives in ambiguity, scale challenges, and high-performance expectations.


Accountabilities:



  • Own and manage large-scale Meta advertising accounts across multiple markets, including campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and daily optimization, ensuring strong performance and scalability.

  • Drive profitable growth by optimizing toward CAC/ROAS targets, balancing spend scaling with performance stability, and making clear, data-backed investment decisions.

  • Coordinate multi-market campaign execution, ensuring consistent performance tracking, compliance alignment, and localized strategy adaptation across regions.

  • Partner closely with creative teams to translate performance data into structured testing frameworks and high-impact creative briefs that improve acquisition efficiency.

  • Maintain disciplined reporting, forecasting, and operating cadences, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Strengthen account structure, tracking systems, and operational resilience to ensure stability under scale and platform changes.

  • Contribute to long-term expansion into additional paid channels and support the development of future media buying capabilities.


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) media buying, with proven responsibility for managing high-budget accounts at scale.

  • Demonstrated experience operating performance marketing campaigns in DTC or high-growth consumer environments, with a strong track record of scaling acquisition profitably.

  • Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including bidding strategies, attribution models, testing frameworks, and campaign structuring methodologies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.

  • Experience working in multi-market or multi-region campaign environments with complex operational requirements.

  • Strong creative intuition and ability to collaborate with creative teams on messaging, hooks, and structured testing approaches.

  • Highly structured operator with strong forecasting, reporting discipline, and clear communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-paced environments with a strong ownership mentality and outcome-driven focus.
