To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Medical Manager to lead the medical content and process part of our software development and help develop a great product our users love.

Identify and evaluate customer needs and validate new concepts to ensure that our product adds value for our medical users
Create and maintain the medical content of our software
Collect and evaluate the medical, functional and regulatory requirements for our modules
Constantly observe and analyze existing software products and processes in hospitals to discover, initiate and implement further optimization opportunities
Work closely with our product managers and designers to transform customer needs and ideas into concrete requirements and an actionable development roadmap
Lead medical working students and ensure alignment across the medical team
Define the value of product features together with the product team and stakeholders

You are a medical doctor and have already gained practical experience in hospitals
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Interest in IT and enthusiasm for digitalization in healthcare
You are a team player with strong communication and planning skills and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team to solve complex problems
Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
Solid work ethic and eagerness to continuously learn
Fluency in German and English
