Our client, a leading global ICT company, is recruiting a Senior Open Market Sales Manager, to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities: 

 
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market trends in CE channels to build and maintain long -term relationships with channel partners.

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to CE channels. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market presence in the sales channels and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify market opportunities and set clear targets. Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue and profit goals.

  • Negotiate yearly contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to secure strategic partnership and optimize sales performance.

  • Work closely with other internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail etc.) to design and execute product

  • launch, or other promotions and sales activities. Improve brand awareness and consistency across all consumer touchpoints of the channel partners.

  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management. Resolve  operational issues to maintain strong partner relationships.

 

Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor degree or above;

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2C sales (500+ company employees preferred);

  • Experience with channel/operator sales would be an advantage;

  • Good knowledge of B2C sales process;

  • Project management process knowledge;

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent oral and written German and English skills;

  • Never give up mentality.
