Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Paid Social Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager (all genders) to lead our acquisition efforts across the paid social channels. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing acquisition campaigns across multiple social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube. You will focus on creating and launching high-impact ad creatives, designing high-converting Landing Pages, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to improve marketing performance. You will also work cross-functionally with the BI, CRO, Design, Influencer and International teams to develop campaigns, design strategies for each market, monitor KPIs, and provide regular business reporting to key stakeholders.

Execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across social platforms, such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Work cross-functionally to develop, launch, and track high-impact ad creatives (static and video) and high-converting Landing Pages that drive engagement and revenue
Design and run experiments, full-funnel approach, incrementality tests, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing mix, and best practices
Develop scalable processes for content creation and landing page optimization suitable for international markets
Develop promotional offers and bundles to drive sales and boost long-term customer loyalty
Develop and run daily/weekly/monthly business reporting for stakeholders at various levels
Develop and maintain playbooks on social media advertising best practices for both organic and paid campaigns, considering the needs of key stakeholders

3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta and ideally YouTube
Experience with budgets above 250.000€/ month
Strong understanding of Meta tracking and events, and analytics tools such as GA4
Proven ability to request, brief and challenge ad content creation and landing page optimization
Experience with working across multiple markets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
Passion for natural health and wellness is a plus
