About the Position
As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our partner ecosystem. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic partner management initiatives, driving business development by identifying and onboarding new key partners, and nurturing existing relationships. Your exceptional negotiation skills will be crucial in forging mutually beneficial agreements. This role demands strong stakeholder management and relationship management capabilities to ensure successful collaboration both externally with partners and internally with cross-functional teams. You will lead critical projects, contributing directly to our company's growth and market presence through impactful partnerships.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in Strategic Partner Management and building long-term partnerships
Successful track record in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
Strong Negotiation Skills and the ability to close compelling agreements
Experience in effective Stakeholder Management and coordinating complex interests
Excellent Relationship Management capabilities and building trust
Solid knowledge in Project Management and successfully implementing initiatives
Nice-to-Have Skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Knowledge of relevant industry standards or market analysis
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
Experience in contract drafting or legal aspects of partnerships
Basic understanding of digital transformation or specific technology domains
