How will you make an impact:

At our company, you have the incredible opportunity to join us in this remarkable journey of shaping a vibrant People & Culture landscape, where your expertise and dedication will make a lasting impact in actively evolving our unique corporate culture. You will focus on strategic topics while always keeping the needs of our Trkkies in mind.

Your key responsibilities in detail:

• As a passionate strategist, you'll delve into cutting-edge People & Culture topics, aligning them with our overarching company objectives.

• Advising on day-to-day employment law matters and translating legal frameworks into practical, business-oriented solutions are also parts of your daily business.

• You are an inspiring "partner in crime" to our leadership team and the whole Trkkie crew while fostering a culture of trust, well-being and a positive work environment.

• In addition to People & Culture topics, you take care of budget planning, keep track of salaries and advise our management on promotions and salary increases for our TRKKies.

• You constantly challenge the status quo, bring in new insights and develop innovative, standardized solutions for critical day-to-day challenges.

• Your responsibilities are wide-ranging, from ad hoc requests from employees to people analytics and offboarding. You'll be involved in the entire employee lifecycle.

The person we are looking for...

• Has extensive professional experience with various People & Culture areas, covering both operational and strategic realms.

• Is an expert beyond day-to-day interactions with employees and has successfully managed larger-scale (global) projects.

• Has the legal background needed to resolve various P&C inquiries.

• Is driven to contribute their own ideas, taking the initiative to shape processes and proactively seeking out creative solutions to problems and opportunities.

• Acts as a reliable team player with exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate others.

• Can work independently, has a hands-on mentality and is an excellent stakeholder manager.

• Is comfortable in the corporate language English (min. B2), but also speaks fluent German (min. C1)
