Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Performance Marketing Manager / User Acquisition Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

You plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms like Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Facebook, Liftoff and more
You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
You track performance, adapt strategies and make decisions based on data and campaign performance
You drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
You foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
You collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition
You are proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices

Your profile

You own an university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification
You have 3-4 years of relevant experiences in marketing
Experiences of working in the mobile gaming industry are very welcome
You are experienced with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store optimization (ASO)
You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
You are dedicated, flexible and are excellent in communication
Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is welcome
High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games
You are proficient in Google Ads and have a strong understanding of meta

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
