What will a day in your life in this role look like? We are glad you asked!

Role overview

Leads and supports a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accountability and timely completion of work.
Owns the production roadmap, milestones, and task pipelines, tracking development progress daily
Works closely with the Creative Director and publishing partners to align planning with creative vision.
Resolves conflicts between scope, schedule, and creative goals while reporting progress to management and clients.
Ensures adherence to project scope and quality expectations throughout development

Core responsibilities

Full production lifecycle ownership
Schedule, budget, and resource management
Cross-discipline leadership and communication
Risk mitigation and milestone delivery accountability
Often liaison with publishers, licensors, or external partners

We would love it if you have these skills:

Preferred skills

Excellent verbal/written communication
Understanding cross-discipline workflows (design, art, engineering, QA)
Strong knowledge of Agile/Jira workflows and cross-team coordination.
Knowledge of unreal 5 is a plus
Knowledge of the strategy and/or city builder genre

Requirements

8+ years in game production with proven success delivering games. (ideally a strategy game or a city builder)
Management experience and multiple shipped titles.
