Senior Product Designer - Admin & Controller (f/m/d)

Our Product Design Team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work within our Admin & Controller Tribe to help design all necessary tools and automations that helps Admins and Controllers guarantee transparency and control over spend (i.e. through defining budgets, user groups and transaction approval policies). Collaborating closely with other designers, product managers and engineers, you will bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring our product empowers controllers with intuitive and efficient tools.

Your responsibilities:

While working closely together with other Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, you will focus on shaping new products together with your team. Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• Develop a vision for products such as our approval workflows, budgets and accounts payable.

• Understand customer needs and pains by speaking directly with users and by leveraging other data sources to validate your design concepts.

• Review your design concepts together with the team to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

• Contribute to the design system by building new components or adapting existing ones to fit a wider array of use cases if needed.

• Oversee the implementation of your designs, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that your vision is brought to life in the final product.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role: 

• End-to-end experience with designing web products.

• Fluency in both German and English language.
